POLL: Removal of $100 player salary and $500 total hard cap

Currently, players can not have a salary greater than $100, nor can any team go over $500 in salary. The proposal is simple: remove those limits. Salary above $500 will continue to get taxed dollar for dollar, just as the current $400-$500 tax range does.

Voting YES means removing both the $100 individual player cap and $500 total salary cap

Voting NO means the hard caps remain in place
