POLL: #1 Seed Can Choose Any Team in Semi-finals

Currently, the #1 overall seed must choose from the teams with the two worst records when choosing their semi-final opponent. This update would allow the #1 seed to choose from any of the three remaining teams, instead.

Voting YES means the #1 seed can choose any remaining team in the semi-finals for their opponent

Voting NO means the #1 seed can only choose between the two teams with the worst remaining records
