POLL: Allow for two seasons of salary retention in trades

Currently, teams can retain salary for only the current season when trading a player. The proposal would allow for retaining salary for the following season as well, so long as the team absorbing the salary pays a deposit for the following season.

Uneven amounts would be allowed.

Voting YES means we will allow salary retention for both the current and following season during trades

Voting NO means we will continue to only allow salary retention for the current season during trades

NO wins due to YES not reaching the required 60% threshold. Teams will continue to only retain salary for one season.
