POLL: Make permanent $1 relief for all players on IL

Currently, players who are on the IL have their full salary count towards a team's total salary. Last year, with several teams up against the cap, we instituted a $1 relief rule for all players who were on the IL, though this was temporary.

Voting YES will make the temporary rule permanent. All players on a team's IL will result in one dollar of salary relief, to allow for the picking up of minimum contracts to replace the player.

Voting NO will mean there will be no $1 in salary relief next year.
