Due to time constraints, Freddie Freeman is being locked at 6 years, $30 AV, $144 BV, and will be added to the round 1 blind auction. Any team willing to bid at least $145 BV on him can do so during the round 1 of blind bidding. In this special case, as he was a live auction originally, the winning bid will have their AV reduced until the total BV of the contract is ~$1 BV higher than the second highest bid. If no other teams bid, Cubs will win him at the 6 year, $30 contract |
